Explain the role of SAP Solution Manager in managing incidents across all business units in the SAP support network

Check the current information on software components and their versions
Look up recent changes in customer solutions, including technical configuration, business configuration, content and coding
Compare technical configuration between landscapes

Analyze Java Memory Problems
Analyze a performance issue on a Java based system

Цели

• The course provides a foundational understanding of the concepts of E2E Root Cause Analysis. Participants will learn how to determine and eliminate the root cause of a problem by using the E2E cross component and component specific tools in SAP Solution Manager Diagnostics.
• Participants will learn:
o how to use SAP Solution Manager and it‘s diagnostics functionality
o how to identify issues proactively and correct them as best- possible
o to implement SAP Standards for solution operations
o to detect bottle necks on their IT server
o to stabilize their solution landscape
